Inquisitor Sebacious, The First Torturer Lord, is a Unique Terror Demon found in the Pandemonium Fortress Level 2 in Act V of Diablo III. He spawns for the Ancient Prison event, sometimes taking place of Amok the Breaker.
In combat, he has Poison Enchanted and Thunderstorm affixes. In addition, he can summon hordes of Shadow Vermin and Bone Prisons, like Diablo himself. If he traps the victim in a Bone Prison, he can teleport to it and deliver a massive blow. He retains the ability to reduce the victim's healing, but cannot vanish at will.
