Inna is said to be exceedingly beautiful, and that only the holy will find refuge in her arms. Those she deems insufficiently holy will have to turn to the lesser gods for guidance. To embody her, her followers strive to be disciplined, skillful, gracious, and ruthless when necessary.

It is said that Inna treads upon clouds in the winter and the summer, in the night and the day. When she became displeased with a star, she would don gloves, and hurl the offending star through the night sky. She claims partial dominion over rain.

In Diablo Immortal, Inna is referenced in the Legendary Items The First Wind, Leering Riptide and Willbillow. The character depicted by the Monk class is canonically a disciple of Inna.
