The Infernal Pit is a Hell-like optional area accessible from the Frozen Tundra. It is very similar to Abaddon and the Pit of Acheron.
This is the last hell-like area in the game.

In the "level.txt" file located within the "data/local/UI/ENG/Expansion" path of the d2exp.mpq there are two location names after the three Hell-like areas of Act V. They are named: "Depths of Hell" and "Pits of Hell".
