The Incarnate of Valostre was an animated nephalem statue on Bilefen.
Biography[]
It is unclear whether the Incarnate is literally a nephalem or a statue animated by them. It has made reference to "our wars" (in regards to Valostre), but whether it itself fought in them is unclear. Whatever the case, the wars of old ended, but the nephalem endured in spirit form. The Incarnate remained on Bilefen as a trap for adventurers. If it was activated and deemed the adventurer worthy, it would take them into its realm and subject them to the bloodsport of its kin/creators.
In 1270, the Incarnate was awakened by Ross and the Shard-seeker. As the Shard-seeker had delivered the "weapons of the dead" to the Incarnate, it only gave them its attention, and bid the adventurer follow them, while ignoring Ross's questions. The Incarnate transported itself and the Shard-seeker into a strange realm; a mirror of Bilefen and/or Valostre of old. The ancient nephalem spirits desired a new opponent, and the Incarnate directed the nephalem spirits against the Shard-seeker, who defeated them. The Shard-seeker found the bloodsport pointless, but the Incarnate had no such qualms, and battled against the Shard-seeker itself. The Shard-seeker defeated the Incarnate, and was promptly returned to the material world.[1]

True visage of the Incarnate of Valostre
The Incarnate of Valostre is an NPC in Diablo Immortal. It is found in the Putrid Marsh on Bilefen as part of the side quest "Endless Strife."
The Incarnate is fought as a super unique monster at the conclusion of the quest. It attacks through melee with swords; both a single swing, and a whirlwind attack.
