In-Geom (or In-geom) is a Legendary sword in Diablo III, added in patch 2.2.0. It requires character level 70 to drop.

The unique affix, when triggered, reduces both ongoing remaining cooldowns and future cooldowns of all skills by flat amount, to a minimum of zero seconds. As with other effects that refer to an "elite pack", a Rare Monster pack counts as killed when the last minion is killed (if the Rare is already dead), or of course when the Rare is killed if its minions have been slain first.

The flat deduction to cooldown time is applied before regular percentage Cooldown Reduction (CDR) for skills that are used after In-Geom's effect triggers. For example, if a character had 50% "sheet" CDR, then a 30 second cooldown skill will first be reduced to 20 seconds by an In-Geom with a maximum roll, then the normal GDR would result in 10 seconds total cooldown time. On the other hand, if the skill had been used a moment before In-Geom triggers, the sheet CDR would result in 15 seconds of cooldown, and In-Geom would then reduce that to 5 seconds remaining.

Coupling this sword with Nemesis Bracers can make the Raiment of a Thousand Storms Set Dungeon much easier by providing a nearly constant cooldown-free Dashing Strike.

Carried by the kings of Xiansai in antiquity, this sword was said to harness the speed and lethality of four tiger spirits. One king claimed to have “exorcised” a thousand demons from their hapless victims, using only this blade.
