Hoarfrost Passive After casting Blizzard, the next Cold spell deals 4% more damage per point.
Requires: Numbing Cold OR Icy Touch |
Hoarfrost is a Sorceress passive talent.
In-game[]
Can be used with any damaging Cold spell, but does affect another cast of Blizzard itself if needed. The damage boost lasts for the entire duration of the spell and affects all of its targets.
Frost Nova will not consume this effect, since it deals no damage.
