Heart Slaughter

Heart Slaughter is a legendary polearm in Diablo III. It requires character level 50 to drop.

Prior to Patch 2.1, it was one of the few weapons with guaranteed Critical Hit Damage and Life % rolls (that cannot normally happen on a weapon). As of 2.1, it can roll increased Physical skills damage instead.

• +868–1420 Life after Each Kill
• +(180–220)–(216–274) Damage
• +2 Random Magic Properties

Your enemies will find it difficult to fight without their hearts.
