Harrington Waistguard is a Legendary belt in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.
It has a unique property of increasing damage upon opening any chest-like object, including chests, weapon and armor racks, and even corpses. This unique property will be useless in Greater Rifts since all clickable objects are removed from the map.
