Harrington Waistguard is a legendary belt in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.
It has a unique property of increasing damage upon opening any chest-like object, including chests, weapon and armor racks, and even corpses. This unique property is useless in Greater Rifts since all clickable objects are removed from the map.
In addition it slightly increases Gold Find.
