Halo of Karini is a Legendary ring in Diablo III, added in patch 2.4.1. It requires character level 31 to drop.
The unique affix only works within a rather narrow distance (considering the Storm Armor has a maximum range of 35 yards), so typically a ranged kiting Wizard will benefit most from it.The Fredski

Legendary Ring
Properties:
- The Wizard takes 60-80% less damage for 5 seconds after their Storm Armor electrocutes an enemy more than 15 yards away.
- One of 3 Magic Properties (varies):
- +85–108 Dexterity
- +85–108 Strength
- +85–108 Intelligence
- +3 Random Magic Properties
- Empty Socket

Development
Originally, the graphics of this ring were used for Ashnagarr’s Blood Ring (which had its affix moved to Ashnagarr's Blood Bracer).
As of patch 2.4.1 and until 2.5.0, Halo of Karini had no description, being the only equippable Legendary item without one.
Before 2.6.1, it only worked in a really narrow range of 5 yards (30+ yards working radius vs 35 yards maximum range of Storm Armor).
