Parker is a member of the Sons of Rakkis, present at Sentinel's Watch.
In 1270, the fort came under attack by khazra, which had overwhelmed a nearby village. He and Guard Terell stood their ground against an attack, surviving, but unable to prevent the khazra from absconding with their fellow guardsmen. They were saved by Lieutenant Ralvar and the Shard-seeker. Ralvar ordered the pair to fall back further inside and defend the gate, while he and the Shard-seeker went after the khazra.[1]

Guard Parker is an NPC in Diablo Immortal, found in Sentinel's Watch. He is found at the southern entrance to the zone alongside Guard Terell.
