Grim Favors are earned through completing Whispers of the Dead in Diablo IV. The number of Grim Favors players receive from completing a Whisper varies, but once a player has collected 10 Grim Favors, they can be exchanged at the Tree of Whispers for a bevy of loot and experience.[1]
