The sightless graceculls track their targets with a hound's nose for shame and fear. They are Skarn's enforcers, granted a stay of long-standing torment in exchange for their service. Graceculls wield massive, infernal weapons against any who bring weakness to the realm with wide-mouthed glee.[1]
In-game[]
Graceculls are a type of monster seen in Diablo Immortal. They can be found in the Plains of Torment in the Realm of Damnation. They are normally seen leading hellhounds. They usually attack via melee with their clubs, but can use their sickles as to snatch elusive prey.
