Gorja Caspan is/was a minister of the Zakarum Cathedral in Westmarch.
In 1270, Caspan declared that in light of the corruption that had taken the Dark Wood, the forest itself had to be cleared away. They posted a bounty on the forest's Wood Wraiths.[1]
