Ghezrim, The Bone Flayer, is a Unique Charged Construct found in the Stinging Winds in Act II of Diablo III. He spawns for the Guardian Spirits event, and killing him is required to complete it. Ghezrim will appear once ghosts from both totems are defeated.
In combat, he has the Electrified affix, and his missiles deal more damage than those of other unique Skeletal Guardians.
