Ghallem the Cruel, Blood Clan Frost Ranger, is a Unique Blood Clan Impaler found in the Fields of Slaughter in Act III of Diablo III.
In combat, he has Frozen and Knockback affixes, and may shoot a volley of frost bolts in addition to his spear attack.
A bounty may be offered to kill Ghallem the Cruel, in which case the secondary objective is to kill 150 enemies.
