Full Plate Mail is a piece of Body Armor in Diablo II. It is the strongest heavy armor in the game, though this comes at the price of high strength requirements, and the 10% penalty to movement speed and stamina consumption rate that comes with all types of heavy armor. Ancient Armor, while having a higher strength requirement, has a smaller penalty to speed and grants more defense.
