A Frozen Gate
Frozen Gates are unique portals that featured in Diablo Immortal. They appeared as part of the Shadow of the Frozen Throne event. They lead to a dungeon that looked like a shortened Mad King's Breach, and could be found in the Ashwold Manor.
Frozen Gates return in the Eternal War event, where they lead to the Fallen Citadel. During the event, a Frozen Gate could be found near the entrance of the dungeon of each zone (bar the Frozen Tundra, where the Fallen Citadel was located).
