Frost Bolt is a skill used by some monsters. Similar to the Sorceress's skill of the same name, it shoots a bolt of frost that does slight damage and applies chill.
In Diablo Immortal, it is used by Warped Icethrowers, Frost Horror Overlords and Frost Horror Stormcallers
