Frost Bolt is a Destruction Cold spell used by Sorceress in Diablo IV. It is a remake of the classic Sorceress Ice Bolt spell.
In-game[]
Hurls a single-damage crystal that Chills the enemy, adding up the movement speed reduction until the enemy becomes Frozen.
Frozen Orb will also fire off Frost Bolts on impact, fully benefiting from enhancements, if any.
Talents:[]
- Potent Warding (5): Elemental damage and resistances are increased by 2% per point.
- Devastation (5): Critical strike chance is increased by 2% per point.
- Precision Magic (5): Elemental damage increases over time, up to a maximum of 5% per point after 3 seconds. Attacking resets this effect.
- Inexorable Reach (5): Damage is increased by 3% per point against enemies outside of melee range.
- Numbing Cold (5): Chilled enemies deal 4% less damage to you per point.
- Icy Touch (5): Cold damage is increased by 2% per point.
- Cold Snap (5): Each cast applies 4% more Chill per point.
- Hoarfrost (5): After casting Blizzard, next cold skill deals 4% more damage per point.
- Frostbite (5): Damage against Chilled enemies is increased by 2% per point.
- Burning Resonance (5): Damaging a Burning enemy has up to a 25% chance to restore 2% Mana per point.
- Endless Winter (1): Critical strike chance against Chilled and Frozen enemies is increased by 30%, but Chill effects no longer Freeze.
- Chill to the Bone (1): Cold damage against Frozen enemies is increased by 30%.
