Forgotten Tower is the second dungeon in Diablo Immortal. It takes place at the end of the Dark Wood questline, leading on directly from Blood Resurrection. Completing the dungeon triggers the Delivering the Shards quest.
Cavern's Regard drops in this dungeon on Hell V difficulty and above.

- Bloodsworn Spearwoman: Seal the gate!
- Class: A dead end. I'll have to find another path forward.
- Bloodsworn Spearwoman: The intruders/enemy have breached our gates! Stop them, for our mistress!
- The Countess: Well done, my servants. Do not let them escape!
- The Countess: Here you are...Let us begin, then.

- Kashya: She's dead? Then it's over. Well done, hero. Come, let us return to the tower's entrance. I've had enough of this decrepit ruin.
