Flying Dragon is a legendary daibo for the Monk in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop.
The special affix has a small (roughly 4%, regardless of Proc Coefficient) chance to trigger on any attack (even if it does not hit anything), lasting 5-10 seconds. This effect has no cooldown. The 100% Attack Speed bonus it gives is multiplicative with other Attack Speed modifiers.
