Flesh Fiend
The Flesh Fiend is a type of demonic monster encountered in Diablo Immortal. They are encountered in the Unseen Lair, and were encountered at the Wolf Gate in "Dawn of Damnation". They are one of the type of demonic minions summoned by members of the Cult of Damnation.
