Fire Arrows are a monster skill not unlike the Amazon's Skill Fire Arrow. They are basically Arrows enchanted with fire, most often encountered with the Skeleton Archers.
Low Fire Resistances can be a big problem when groups of archers shoot massive volleys of these projectiles at you.
