Wretched Queen in-game
The Wretched Queen, First Handmaiden of the Queen, is a Super Unique Wretched Mother in Diablo III. She was the first handmaiden of Queen Asylla.
The Wretched Queen has to be killed in the quest The Fallen Star, being, in fact, the first Super-Unique monster encountered in game. She has far more health than the average Mother, and higher damage. She also has unique appearance, with white bloodied dress and pale hair (as opposed to black-haired regular Wretched Mothers).
