Quaking Vial was a Legendary Crafting Material in Diablo III. It dropped off the unique Mallet Lords Hammermash and Sledge, which can be found in Hell Rifts in Act IV. It could be used by Haedrig Eamon to craft Sunder legendary two-handed mace. As of patch 2.0.6., it no longer drops, and existing Vials can be sold for 50,000 Gold.
The vial requires character level 1 to use, and is account bound. It has a maximum stack amount of 1000.
Many believe the key to reigniting the power of the ancient mace known as Sunder is held by the enormous mallet demons.
