Rhen'ho Flayer is a legendary ceremonial knife for the Witch Doctor in Diablo III. It requires character level 12 to drop.
With it, the Plague of Toads becomes homing (toads actually follow enemies and choose the closest target instead of jumping randomly, making rather sharp angle turns), and, whatever way it may sound, explode twice (after hitting the first enemy, jump to a nearby second one, but not to the same one again). In addition, toads jump much faster, in order to have a chance for the second explosion before their lifespan runs out. Obviously, using this knife with Piercing Toads rune is less effective, and using it with Rain of Toads rune is entirely pointless.
