Carnevil is a Legendary voodoo mask for the Witch Doctor in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.
The special affix causes up to 10 Fetishes (regardless of which rune is applied) to shoot one Poison Dart, provided the character has this skill. This dart does not benefit from runes, but does benefit from increased skill / elemental damage, and has +250% increased damage compared to normal skill. With Head Hunters rune, it causes them to shoot twice. Note that all darts are shot at one target, technically at the same point at which you click, so it takes some practice to aim. Only one Dart per cast is shot by each Fetish: Splinters rune does not allow them to shoot more times per cast. Note that this effect applies to all Fetishes, even Sycophants and those summoned by The Gidbinn.

Near the shoreline of the Torajan Jungle lies Lake Ymirson. Here are found the palms from which the Umbaru derive the poison for their darts. This ornate mask is carved from one of these palms, and beads of poisonous sap ooze forth from it, providing the witch doctor wearing it with easy access to fresh, and more concentrated, venom.
