Blarg the Imp, Frenectic Fiery Creature, is a Unique Dust Imp found in the Desolate Sands in Act II of Diablo III.
In combat, he has Electrified, Molten and Mortar affixes. Note that like other Dust Imps, he is initially hiding underground.
