Tiny and very dangerous
Barty the Miniscule, Tiny Murderer, is a Unique Fallen One found in the Stinging Winds in Act II of Diablo III. He can be nominated a Bounty target.
As his name suggests, Barty is really small (way smaller than other Fallen), but is surprisingly quick. In combat, he has the Electrified affix, and in addition his melee blows are both quick and deal very heavy damage.
