Penny Lootbottoms, Lost Love of Thomas Gerber, is a Unique Wretched Mother found in the Cemetery of the Forsaken in Act I of Diablo III.
In combat, she has Waller and Wormhole affixes.

Originally, this monster was supposed to spawn in Briarthorn Cemetery as a part of the event that is now known as Penny For Your Troubles (hence the name). However, she was removed from that event and placed to the Cemetery of the Forsaken.[1]
