A Festering One is a type of monster encountered in Diablo Immortal. It is found in Ashwold Cemetery and in the interior of the Forgotten Tower.

A Festering One has 2 attacks; a basic swipe and grab move where they elongate their hands to snatch their victim. Upon being killed, they release the Corpse Worms that infest their bodies.
