Fervent Fang is a 2-star legendary gem in Diablo Immortal. Unlike other legendary gems, Fervent Fang cannot be obtained via the usual methods (Elder Rifts, event rewards etc.) and has no tradable version. The only way to obtain one is from the Battle Pass, as it is one of the choices of the 2-star Legendary Gem Selection Chest from the Battle Pass and Battle Archive Shop.

- Each time you damage an enemy increases the damage it takes from your attacks by X%, up to a maximum of 10*X% at 10 stacks. Also increases all damage you deal to Elite monsters by Y%.

Awakening[]
Fervent Fang requires the following Legendary Gems to activate Resonance set bonuses after Awakening:
- Chained Death (1-star, unlocks at Rank 4)
- Bloody Reach (2-star, unlocks at Rank 6)
- Battleguard (2-star, unlocks at Rank 8)
The following Resonance set bonuses can be activated after reaching the needed Resonance from the above gems:
- 10: Primary Attack damage increased by 3%
- 30: Skill damage increased by 2%
- 50: Damage done increased by 1% per party member
