Fate of the Fell is a Legendary two-handed flail in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.

The unique property gives two additional rays (not casts), therefore with Split Fury rune, Heaven's Fury gains a total of five beams, not nine. With Fires of Heaven rune, three rays are fired at roughly 25 degree angle to each other. Rays cannot intersect with each other.
