Farobru is a town in the Dry Steppes. It straddles the northern border of the Dry Steppes with Scosglen, and is located in the Kotama Grasslands.
Lore[]
By 1336, Farobru has fallen on hard times. Its mill was regularly breaking down,[1] and the town's ore supply had dried up due to the closure of the Acrid Caverns.[2] Furthermore, an onslaught of wasps had caused farmers to flee their homes and enter Farobru for safety.[3]
In-game[]
Farobru will usually be the first town encountered in the storyline of Diablo IV, if players enter the Dry Steppes after completing Act II in Scosglen. There is little of interest in Farobru however, and most players will proceed to Ked Bardu, which not only progresses the storyline, but is the Steppes' main hub.
