"Someone from the outside? Please, you have to help us. The black mists are at their strongest here... the nightmares... unceasing"

Esil, together with Kavash, were friends of Shura. They were among the volunteers that followed Shura into the Misty Valley, but along with Kavash and other Monks were separated from the larger group by the Black Mists and became stranded in the Silent Monastery.

The group was attacked by Nightmares, but they managed to escape deeper into the monastery. Unfortunately, Esil was injured, but managed to hide himself in the chaos.

Sometime later he heard sounds from a passing adventurer. Elated that someone managed to penetrate the mists, he pleaded with them to rescue his comrades. The adventurer agreed and headed on.
