Eremiel, Chilling Reaper is a Unique Ghastly Seraph found in the Briarthorn Cemetery in Act V of Diablo III. He spawns for the Cryptology event, and must be killed to complete it.
In combat, he has Fast, Jailer, and Teleporter affixes.
