When this is created it gives +1 to Teleport no matter your class (not charges, but the actual skill). It also gives some other useful stats, but the teleport is the most valued bonus.
It is one of the most highly coveted Rune Words due to its teleport skill, whitch is crucial in many builds of character, most notably the Hammerdin and many PvP classes.
