Edges

Edges are wind and water blades of immense power that harness the elements of air and water. They are used by Tempests in battle. Bladedancers earn their edges one after the other as they master the Samilian martial style. A full- fledged Tempest without both weapons is unstable as a sinking ship.

Tempests normally wield a larger edge (sword-length) in their main hand, and a smaller edge (dagger-length) in their off hand.
