Talk with other administrators

Moderation Policy
It is pretty clear that racism and sexual contents are not desired and must be removed from the Wiki pages. But what about the Talk pages of vandalising users? Do we put a {{welcome}} message on each IP address, or only for users. Do we keep track of each misbehaving uses, so listing their violations: undesirable edits and rightout racism? Until now I had some habits taken from other Wikipedia, so I want to talk with other Admin members what we should do about it. Hans Kamp 12:58, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
