The Devourer of Souls was a succubus in service to Lilith. She was entrusted with sacrificing fellow demons to obtain their blood for Lilith's sake.[1]
In-game[]
The Devourer of Souls is unique to the "Insatiable Hunger" event in Diablo IV. It is given the name "Kylxi Frostgrip" in subtitles, but it is unclear if this is universal.
The Devourer cannot be attacked directly until the event is complete, regardless of the number of sacrifices the player takes out before reaching the Devourer. Afterwards, she functions as a standard succubus.
