Demon's Revenge (previously Demon's Manacles) is a Bracers piece of the Demon's Skin crafted set in Diablo III.
They require character level 60 to be equipped. The level 70 equivalent is Demon's Animus.

Sulam met an unfortunate end when he tried to harvest the flesh of a demon that was not actually dead. He was never able to complete this, the last piece of his set. Fortunately, he left the plans for its construction.
