Debilitating Roar is a Defensive Shapeshift skill used by Druid in Diablo IV.
In-game[]
Note that damage of the affected enemies' attacks does not change: only the speed of their blows. The skill itself deals no damage at all.
When cast, the Druid immediately shifts into the Werebear form, and the skill itself always counts as being cast in it. Lasts for 3 seconds or until a non-Werebear skill is cast.

- Iron Hide (5): While in Werebear form, damage reduction is increased by 5% per point. This bonus persists for 3 seconds after leaving Werebear form.
- Overpower (5): Up to a 8% chance on hit per point to Knock Down Slowed enemies for 1 second.
- Hunt the Weak (5): Critical Strike Chance is increased by 6% per point against Poisoned enemies while shapeshifted.
- Feral Spirit (5): Critical Strike Damage is increased by 6% per point for 4 seconds after using a Shapeshifting skill.
- Quickshift (1): After Shapeshifting into a different form, next skill deals 30% increased damage.
