The Dead Man's Legacy is a legendary quiver for the Demon Hunter in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop. In patch 2.2.0, it became Season Three exclusive, but drops for all characters since that Season ended.
In patch 2.2.0, it gained a unique affix that caused Multishot to resolve two separate hits (with independent proc chances) against every enemy hit when below 50–60% health. In patch 2.6.1, this was fixed at 60% health, and a damage bonus was added. The double-hit bonus is applied only if the enemy is below 60% health before the first hit is resolved.
Bonus to Multishot damage can still roll 10-15% as a random affix.

- Critical Hit Chance Increased by 8.0 - 10.0%
- Multishot hits enemies below 60% health twice and its damage is increased by 150% - 200%.
