A Damp Cellar is a small random dungeon. It can appear in the Old Tristram Road in Act I of Diablo III. This area must be explored in order to complete the achievement No Stone Unturned. This area has no related quests or notable NPCs.
Inside it there randomly is a dead New Tristram Militia member. If the player interacts with the body, several Risen will emerge from the ground.
