A Damned Cultist
Damned Cultists are a type of monster encountered in Diablo Immortal. They are members of the Cult of Damnation.

It is rare to come of age amidst the horrors of Sanctuary without a few grievances. Despite its grisly course, Damnation's message is seductive to many more people than the "civilized" folks of Khanduras might expect. It preordains punishments for the defiant — and, for the supplicant, the opportunity to swing the executioner's axe at last.[1]
In-game[]
They appear in the game's starting area (around Wortham), in the northern part of the Dark Wood, and in Mount Zavain. They can summon Infested Villagers.
Damned Cultists come in two models; the males are usually armed with short spears attack at melee or summon either Engorged Leeches or Hellions. When unarmed, they can attack using bolts of blood magic from their deformed hands.
The females are ranged fighters using blood magic.
