Cultist Refuge is a dungeon in Diablo IV. It is located in the Fractured Peaks, north of Nostrava, after the stronghold has been cleared. Players enter it through a trapdoor in the town's burnt-out chapel.
Players are rewarded with Flamewalker's Aspect upon completing the dungeon for the first time.

- Slay all enemies in the Halls of Assembly
- Slay the Overseer and collect the Cultist Key
- Use Cultist Key to open the Sanctum Door
- Travel to the Inner Sanctum
- Destroy the Construct
- Slay the High Priests (2)

Nightmare Dungeon[]
A Nightmare Dungeon version of the Cultist Refuge is unlocked through the Cultist Refuge Nightmare Sigil. It applies the following affixes:
- Blood Blister
- Monster Attack Speed
- Monster Vulnerable Resist
- Reduce Cooldowns on Kill
