The Crypts of Orbei were a Malignant Tunnel in Diablo IV.
Lore[]
The Hall of Records
The crypts lie beneath Orbei Monastery, and survived the fire that consumed the structure above. However, they were infested with monsters, and as such, the Wanderer escorted Cormond through the crypts to reach the Hall of Records.[1]
In-game[]
The crypts were exclusively available in the quest "Answers in the Ashes." Despite being classified as a Malignant Tunnel, structually, they are part of Orbei.
