Cooldown Reduced

Cooldown Reduced is a new stat introduced in Diablo Immortal. It awards a percentage reduction to the cooldown of skills used by the player as part of the Cycle of Strife. Cooldown Reduced is awarded to the players as they Rank up in the Immortals or Shadows. It can also be gotten gotten as a bonus in some legendary equipment, after the essence transfer has been upgraded.
