Biography

"I watched the guards stow their hatred, deal fairly with the prisoners and one another. And the worst of Westmarch's monsters we kept far from the soft folk of the city."

Claeys was the mentor to Claeys (then known as Eudoxie), who he trained for years. At a point, he was led by his Inner Light to go to Stormpoint and serve at its prison. Unfortunately, his student disagreed with his decision. This dispute eventually saw to them going their separate ways. At the prison, Claeys treated the prisoners fairly, and made sure other guards did the same. He also did his best to purge evil wherever he could find it at the island.He presumably died in defense of the island from the Cult of Terror.

Claeys is an NPC in Diablo Immortal. His echo is featured in the side quest Vowed to the Light. In battle, he uses Punish, Shield Glare and Conjuration of Light skills.
